- Audio Visual Hiring are working with a leading AV Managed Service Provider who is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to work onsite at their client in Canary Wharf.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:- Work with software development partners to specify code enhancements for Crestron processors and room panels
- Document, test and certify for production Crestron code releases on a regular basis or as needed for a project
- Maintain UBS AV/Multimedia lab environment in a functional state, reconfiguring to reflect test cycles required
- Frequent end to end testing of UBS room designs in a lab environment
- Unit testing of components to certify against UBS security requirements and new firmware
- Maintenance and authoring of technical standards design documentation, test plans/results, defect register, software and hardware catalogs
- Subject Matter Expert/Design Authority on Microsoft Teams Room Systems as integrated into UBS room designs and overall UBS collaboration architecture

- Crestron Flex/MTR
- Crestron BMS integrations
- QSC QSYS & Designer
- Barco E2/S3
- Mersive
- Dante audio solutions
- Proven analytical and structured approach
- Excellent technical documentation skills (English)
- Excellent spoken English
- Happy to work in a global team
