The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of projects—ensuring they are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion.

• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.

• Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks.

• Conduct client meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and best practices.

• Manage budgets and ensure financial objectives are achieved.

• Deliver outstanding results that exceed client expectations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the audio-visual and IT integration industry, ideally within high-end residential projects.

• Strong knowledge of AV/IT systems and technologies.

• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in project management software/tools.

• PMP or equivalent certification desirable.
