Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of delivering Audio Visual systems integration projects. You will be responsible for managing client orders across multiple vertical markets, overseeing contract management, system design, installation, and commissioning—ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest customer satisfaction.

This is a senior-level opportunity for a driven professional who can operate at both a strategic and technical level, ensuring the seamless delivery of complex AV projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within budget and client expectations.

  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Ensure Health & Safety documentation and safe systems of work are in place.

  • Design AV systems (electronics, mechanics, and optics) using proven and innovative solutions.

  • Interpret and manage contractual requirements.

  • Ensure accurate technical drawings and information are available for delivery teams.

  • Conduct proof-of-concept setups and on-site commissioning.

  • Oversee financial aspects including invoicing, variations, and timely payments.

  • Liaise with suppliers to source components and achieve best value.

  • Manage integration of AV hardware and software into client environments.

  • Provide configuration programming and commissioning support on-site.

  • Represent the business professionally at a senior level with clients and partners.

  • Develop expertise in specialist areas of AV technology and act as an internal reference point.


Skills & Experience

  • Strong technical knowledge of electronics and audio-visual systems.

  • Experience managing AV integration projects end-to-end.

  • Understanding of contracts and commercial processes.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, and adapt.

  • Proficient in computer applications and technical documentation.

  • Strong problem-solving ability and lateral thinking.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Commitment to delivering high-quality results with attention to detail.
