Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of audio-visual integration projects across Germany. This role will involve managing multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll work closely with sales, operations, and engineering teams, acting as the key point of contact for clients and contractors, while ensuring smooth coordination of technical and financial aspects throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects to successful completion, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.

• Develop and monitor project programmes, resolving operational challenges to minimize delays.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams at all levels.

• Ensure H&S documentation and safe systems of work are in place for all projects.

• Review contractual requirements and manage project scope accordingly.

• Ensure technical and drawing information is accurate and available to support delivery.

• Oversee system setup and integration to prove concepts.

• Manage project financials, including invoicing, variations, and ensuring timely payment.

• Oversee both hardware and software integration into client environments.

• Represent the company professionally at senior levels.

• Produce and maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle.

• Attend pre-tender meetings and support sales and estimating functions.

• Act as a subject matter expert in one or more specialist areas of AV integration.

Skills & Experience

• Strong technical knowledge of electronics and audio-visual systems.

• Proven experience managing AV or technology projects end-to-end.

• Understanding of contracts and commercial processes.

• Excellent planning and organisational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.

• High level of computer literacy.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with executives, contractors, and stakeholders.

• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering work to the highest standard.
